Returns And Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, if your size is not correct .. please contact us directly at support@marcomoreo.com. We will find the best solution for your needs.
Return Policy
We offer returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Complete with all original tags and packaging
Please note: Original shipping costs, returns and any customs duties are non-refundable.
Exclusions & Limitations
- Online orders cannot be returned in physical stores (and vice versa).
- Returns sent to addresses other than those officially provided by Marco Moreo Milano will not be accepted.
- If you mistakenly send an incorrect item not related to your return request, please contact support@marcomoreo.com immediately. We cannot guarantee the recovery of incorrectly sent items, and no compensation will be provided.
How to Return an Item
- Request: Email us at support@marcomoreo.com
- Approval: Our team will review and confirm your return request
- Label: You will receive a return label by email to attach to your parcel
- Packaging: Place the item(s) in the original packaging
- Pickup: The courier will collect the parcel at the agreed address, or you can drop it off at an authorized Access Point
Refunds & Exchanges
When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be issued as soon as your return has been received and checked by our warehouse.
Refund processing usually takes 8–15 working days from the moment the returned item is processed.
How does a size or model exchange work?
Our policy does not include direct exchanges.
To proceed:
- Return the item you wish to exchange
- Receive your refund ( initial and return shipping costs are excluded)
- Place a new order for the correct item — no shipping costs will be charged on the new order
