Right of withdrawal

The purpose of Moreo Srl ("the Seller") is to guarantee the complete satisfaction of the purchaser of the" Marco Moreo "brand products that can be purchased on the Site (hereinafter referred to as"Buyer"And"Products"). If for any reason the Buyer is not satisfied with his purchase order ("Order"), You can exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within thirty (30) days from the day you received the Products object of the Order. The Products returned must be delivered to the courier indicated by the Seller within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the Products covered by the Order. The Products can be returned by the Buyer by shipment via the courier indicated by the Seller or by another courier. 

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:

a. an explicit declaration of the Buyer's decision to withdraw from the Contract must be sent by email (support@marcomoreo.com) to the Seller within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the Products.

b. the Products must not have been used, worn, washed, damaged in any way;

c. Products must be returned in their complete original box;

is. the returned Products must be delivered to the shipper within thirty (30) days from the moment they were received.

In the event of the existence of all the conditions required to proceed with the return, the Seller will reimburse the Buyer for the price of the returned Products, the latter only being responsible for the return costs. "Return costs" means the costs incurred for returning the purchased Products to the Seller, unless the Seller has expressly exempted the Buyer from incurring such costs at the time of purchase and subject to the further condition that the Buyer makes use of the forwarding agent indicated by the Seller. If the Buyer decides to use the courier indicated by the Seller for the shipment of the Products purchased, the Buyer, however, will not have to pay the costs of the return in person, as the relative costs will be borne by the Seller who will pay of the service provided by the courier, withholding from the reimbursement due to the Buyer a sum equal to the cost previously incurred for delivery to the latter of the Products of the Order. It is understood that, if instead the Purchaser decides to use a shipper other than the one indicated by the Seller, the Buyer must personally make the full payment of the costs of the return.

The Buyer will be contacted if the return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions set out in the previous paragraph. In this case, the Products will be returned. In the event that the Buyer refuses this shipment, the Seller reserves the right to withhold the Products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price thereof. 

Times and methods of repayment

After the Seller has received the return and checked that all the requirements to proceed to the same have been met, the Buyer will receive an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the return, or, if it is found that there is a decrease in value of the Returned products, you will receive an e-mail in which the amount deducted as a rebate deduction will be communicated. Whatever the payment method used by the Buyer (for example: credit / debit card, Paypal) the refund will be activated by the Seller as soon as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which the return is accepted .

The actual timing for the re-credit of the sums due or, in any case for the return of the amounts paid by the Buyer for the purchase of the Products, depend on the payment methods used, as specified below:

purchase by credit / debit card: the repayment time depends on the credit / debit card company, but normally takes place within fourteen (14) days.

purchase through PayPal: the refund will be made to the Buyer's PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual repayment on the credit card from the PayPal account of the Buyer depends on the institution that issued the card. 

IDENTIFICATION PRODUCT BOX 

All the Products offered for sale by the Seller are provided with a box, which is an integral part of the Products themselves. The Products that do not have it will not be approved by the Seller for the purposes of acceptance of the return. 

Courier

Returned Products may be shipped via the courier indicated by the Seller. This method will allow the Seller to pay, on behalf of the Buyer, the shipping costs and to track the shipment, thus verifying at any time where the package containing the Products object of the Order is located. In the event that the Buyer decides to use, for the return of the Products, a shipper other than the one indicated by the Seller, he must personally carry out the payment of the return costs and will remain at his full responsibility in case of loss or damage to the Products during transport.
